how long do orders take?
Please note that all our products are custom-made to ensure the highest quality and personalization. Typically, crafting and delivery take 1-2 weeks. However, if an item needs to be custom made to order, the process may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the design specifications.
Can I return an item?

12-Month Warranty on Workmanship, Materials, and Construction:
- We guarantee our products against defects in workmanship, materials, and construction for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, based on reasonable use.
6-Month Warranty on Material Degradation:
- Additionally, we ensure that materials are free from degradation resulting from factors other than ordinary residential wear and tear for 6 months from the date of purchase, based on reasonable use.
Warranty Coverage:
- If your product exhibits a defect covered by our warranty during the warranty period, please contact us promptly.
- We will repair or replace the defective product, or offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- It also does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in wood grain, color, or texture, which are inherent in natural materials.
